Terms of use
Last updated October 7, 2026
These terms cover Jentii's website and the free note checker. By using them you agree to these terms.
The checker is a second opinion
Jentii suggests codes and shows the words in the note behind each one. It can be wrong. You and your organization decide what to bill, and you are responsible for the codes you submit. Check them against the current coding guidelines, your payers' policies and the provider's documentation. Nothing on this site is legal, medical or billing advice.
What it covers
The checker codes primary care office visits: problem visits, wellness and preventive visits, and common in-office tests, injections and procedures. It is not built for emergency, hospital, surgical or specialty procedure notes, and it says so when it sees one.
Using it fairly
- Only check notes you are allowed to share for coding review.
- Don't try to get around the usage limits, overload the service, or probe it for weaknesses.
- Don't use the checker to build a competing product or to copy its answers in bulk.
The checker is free. We may change the limits, add features or stop offering it.
When you check a note, you let us keep its de-identified copy and the codes, as the Privacy page describes, and use them to test and improve Jentii.
Codes and names
ICD-10-CM codes come from the CDC and CMS. CPT® is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association. The service descriptions on this site are our own plain-language summaries, not the official descriptors.
No warranty
The site and the checker are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Jentii is not liable for losses that come from using them, including denied or reduced claims.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions go through the contact page.
